All of our Ouds are natural, undiluted, and free from alcohol. Due to regulations very few ingredients like the musk are synthetic.

Our Ouds are safe to use with most people who have skin conditions however we cannot guarantee, due to the mix of natural ingredients, that it will not cause irritation in some people.

If you apply a good amount of Oud to yourself, the smell will last you longer than a day. You can use the Oud every day for 2 months before having to repurchase depending on how much you use.

The smell of the Bukhoor will remain in your house for 2-3 days if your windows are closed.

You can return or cancel within 14 days of receiving the items only if they are sealed. You may notify us at reehatularab@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Due of health and safety reasons we do not accept returns of unsealed items. Once unsealed and used they become personal items and we cannot do returns or exchanges.

Once you receive your Oud, take the stick out of the bottle and apply some onto your pulse points, like the wrists, back of your hand, neck, or face.

Place a lit charcoal into the Mabkharah and wait until it becomes ashy, add your bukhoor and let the smoke fill your house!
